In this video I show you how to make your own mobile base for your power tools.
The project using nothing but 2×4′s, scrap bits of wood and some caster wheels.

nice one
Nice job on the Mobile base and video.
Thanks mate!
Ok..Ok..ok…so you used the curtain rod to hold up the table saw…right…I also noticed the same curtain rod sitting in plain sight ON your table saw which was MUNTED AS FUCK!…something tells me you might have either bought a new/stronger rod…or this project failed……just like all your other ones
Good job picking that up! the curtain rod was “munted” on one end of it but the other end was still straight and able to support the saw. In my follow up video thats coming tomorrow I run through a few changes that outline a few changes and reasons for them.I wouldn’t say this project has failed because its been improved since the time I uploaded the video, instead I think it shows that this project is adaptable and does exactly what it was intended to do.But thanks for the comment
Hi Jordan, thanks for your idea and video.. Good stuff. My only concern (for me) is that I would keep tripping over the front lever, which if I was in the middle of a process could be dangerous. But I thought if you mounted backwards, you could operate the leaver from the motor side which would fix for me anyway. Thanks again for you work. Cheers Rob
Hi Rob, I completely agree with you, it could become a trip hazzard.I think if it does become an issue ill do as you say, rotate it 180 degrees and problem solved!Cheers
Thanks for this series, I was trying to figure out how to make my radial arm saw mobile with out spending a lot of money and you just helped me with that! Keep up the work!
