In this three part turned four part video series we build a “multi function miter saw station” that will be used not only as a miter saw station but also a space for my sanding machines, drill press and scroll saw.
In part three we build a drawer for our work station and a small shelf.

Hi Jord, Thanks for the drawer lesson It’s something I’d been trying to get my head around, not so much the making of one, but fitting into a cabinet..I’m sure you struggle to come up with projects, so how about a long term one where you convert a panel van into a Motorhome, it’s close to my heart as I’m about to do one myself based on a Fiat Ducato XLWB.It’s a small space & needs to be functional as a house, lots of different skills to learn, and you’d end up with your own too.Kev UK.
Bostich stanlys are the best
Great vid Jord.On the nailer, I love the hitachi brad nailer. Bought mine for cheap from grays online through a tool clearance. Think the model is Hitachi NT50AE2 18-Gauge Finish / Brad Nailer. I know Masters also carry them and sometimes have them on clearance.
Thanks Jord.
awesome looking miter station so far, will be basing my new station in the furture off ur desighn somewhat, and yes a Bostich nailer, went threw a couple cheaper ones, then put out a lil more the bostich and 2 years later still going strong..
That is looking good, I built my last one without measuring the distance to use it correctly and had to screw 3 inch supports to the front of my bench top, not the greatest for the saw usage so I tore it down, watching your videos I am wanting to build a new one now! Specially love the dust collection.
Looks like it’s really coming along. Also, what’s the source of the little clips you tend to put in your videos.
I’ve been following your videos for some time now. It’s great to see the evolution of your work space. Very happy for you.Take CareGuy Bradbury
I’ve got a porter cable brad nailer that I purchased from a local hardware store and I’m not sure how I ever lived without it. I would recommend that you check them out
What make is your mitre saw
It’s nice to watch people woodworking with metric measurements. I’m an american and always get bitched at for using it. But it’s just so much easier, and since it’s easier it’s generally less prone to mistakes which means it’s more accurate.
Bostitch nail guns are the best.
