Since the first time I used a “festool ts 55″ track saw I knew I wanted one, it wasnt untill I found out the price of the tool that I decided it was going to have to wait or find an alternative.
Being impatient I decided against waiting for a festool saw and started looking at other options, Makita’s sp6000kt was still too expensive to justify, just as the Bosch GKT55 and DeWalt DWK520k were.
It wasnt until I discovered the Schappach CS55 (same as the Woodstar Divar 55) that I decided it was time to bite the bullet.
The price-tag certainly helped my decision in buying this saw being just a fraction of the price of the others, and the quality seemed to be up there with the others.
In this video I review the Sheppach CS55/Woodstar Divar 55 and give you a quick break down of the good and the bad. (there is more good than bad)
